After I had my third baby, I just didn’t feel like myself.

I was tired. I felt puffy and blah. My energy was all over the place.

I wanted to feel better — not just lose weight, but actually feel good in my body again.

I read Roar by Stacy Sims and finally started to understand how much my hormones affect things like energy, cravings, sleep, and even motivation.

So I made one.
