Welcome to Sona, a mobile app designed to help you track your cycle, cravings, and energy — so you can feel more in sync with your body and more supported every day. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.
By using Sona, you agree to these Terms — so please give them a quick read.
1. Who We Are
Sona is owned and operated by The Graceful Goose LLC. We created this app to help women feel seen, supported, and empowered in their health journey.
2. What You’re Agreeing To
When you use Sona, you agree that:
You’re at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
You won’t use Sona for anything illegal or harmful.
You’ll provide honest information when using features like symptom tracking or logging meals.
3. This Is Not Medical Advice
Sona is designed to give you helpful guidance based on your cycle and personal data — but it’s not medical advice.
Always talk to a healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, medications, or lifestyle.
4. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your data safe.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Sona offers free features and an optional paid upgrade called Sona Pro, which includes:
Personalized daily tips
Smart nutrition guidance
Cycle summaries and food feedback
Ability to save meals and get symptom-aware suggestions
If you sign up for Sona Pro, you’ll be billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
6. Canceling Your Account
You can delete the app at any time.
To cancel a paid subscription, head to your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
7. Changes to These Terms
We might update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we’ll do our best to let you know. The updated Terms take effect once posted.
