Q: How do I reset my cycle data?
A: Open the app, go to Settings > Period Settings > Edit. You’ll be able to update your last period start date and cycle length from there.
Q: Can I use this app if my cycle is irregular?
A: Yes! You’ll still be able to track symptoms and log nutrition goals even if your phases shift month to month.
